General validity period: end of Jun 2024 to end of Sep 2024

Season published: Northern Hemisphere Summer (end of Jun 2024 to end of Sep 2024)

This post must be read in conjunction with the half-year (Mar 2024-Sep 2024) predictions published here for Russia.

Predictions:

• A warm, humid summer. There could also be more precipitation than usual.
• A death in high society or the ruling class and/or the death of some state functionary are probable. Early September seems especially critical regarding this.
• Democracy in the country could strengthen. This may be related to the above point.
• There may be a fire or accident in a place of education, leisure, sport, culture or relaxation.
• There may be some talked about incident of crime against women or the young.
• There may be a major change in taxation or some trade/revenue policy. The time between 3 Sep and 2 Oct 2024 seems especially critical regarding this.
• Foreign relations, especially those with neigbouring country(ies), continue to be challenging. The country, especially the Navy, may receive reverses at war during this period. The country may suffer from some secret plot. The time between 6 Jul and 4 Aug 2024 or end September 2024 seem especially critical regarding this.
• Hospitals or prisons may be more active than usual during this period.
