General validity period: late March 2026 to late September 2026 (from date of publication till 23 Sep 2026)

Season of focus: Northern Hemisphere Spring (late Mar 2026 to late Jun 2026)

PREDICTIONS

• As I have said before, I expect mainland Chinese government to make a move on Taiwan in the 2025-2027 period. The strongest likelihood of that, as per my interpretations, is late May 2026 (somewhere around 20-23 May 2026; also see mainland China predictions for Year 2026-27). Late June-early July 2026 (around 28 June to 12 July 2026) is also a critical time when this could happen. If it does happen within this Spring-Summer 2026 period, I expect the mainland Chinese operation to succeed, without much fighting from the Taiwanese armed forces.
• Financial measures, troubles or shortfalls are discussed prominently in the legislature.
• The ruler or the government is unfortunate, and there are strong discussions about them or about who rules the place.
• Difficult relations with nearby regions or countries.
• Major transport accident could occur. Alternatively, there could be losses of planes and/or boats/ships.
• Incident(s) causing a high number of deaths of common people of the country occur. There may also be the death, imprisonment or hospitalisation of some important legislator or major political leader.
• Spring 2026: Major earthquake (or some other incident of major ground activity: fall of building/structure/object, landslide, etc.) highly likely in the region during spring. It may cause several casualties. Temperatures are warmer, overall, though some strong storm could still trouble the area.
