Japan: Summer 2025, a time of mega earthquake?

General validity period: late June 2025 to late Sep 2025

Season published: Northern Hemisphere Summer (late Jun 2025 to late Sep 2025)

PREDICTIONS:

Note: This may be a very difficult time for the country and its people. The country's economy and prestige could also suffer.

• A major earthquake is likely in this period. It may, in fact, be a huge earthquake, and tsunami danger is there.

I recently discovered that East Asia is currently rife with fears (spurred on by discussions around The Future I Saw, a manga based on the prophetic dreams of its author, Ryo Tatsuki) that there may be a huge earthquake in Japan on July 5, 2025. (Coincidentally, this was already a critical date for Japan on my Critical Dates page.) After hearing this from my followers in East Asia, I checked what the charts say.

What I see is that there indeed appears strong seismic activity in Japan during July 5 and around that date, especially near the city of Osaka. One must remember that Japanese scientists have said that a megathrust earthquake up to a possible magnitude of 8.0 or even up to 9.0, generating a tsunami of waves reaching 10 metres height, has an 80% chance of happening by 2050-2055 or even by the 2030s in the Nankai Trough subduction zone (which is off Osaka).

Note that late September 2025 or early February 2026 could also bring difficult times for the country.

• It may be a quite rainy summer. The seas may be rough.
• A difficult time for the country financially. Business suffers. New foundations of the economy may need to be laid. Overall, the country is now entering a long period of several years in which the country's economy will need to be refashioned or revitalised. There may be a radical wipeout of the old.
• The ruler or his government may also suffer.
• Foreign relations expand. (If a huge earthquake happens, then this reading would make even more sense, as international aid and supplies pour in.) However, the end of this period (and Autumn 2025 period) may see strongly disturbed foreign relations.
• Incident likely leading to the death of several common people (it could be the earthquake, of course). Death of those in powerful positions and the rich also indicated.
• There may be some scandal about a woman or prominent person, or a prominent separation/divorce case may run much in the news cycle.
