China: Spring & Summer 2025

Region in focus: China

General validity period: late Mar 2025 to late Sep 2025

Season published: Northern Hemisphere Spring (late Mar 2025 to late Jun 2025)

PREDICTIONS:

Note: Astrology suggests that it is highly likely that China would make a move to regain the island of Taiwan during 2025-27 period, and it also looks likely that it would succeed in it, with China consolidating its power. I also briefly mentioned this possibility earlier here.
While I cannot rule out this scenario completely for this year, but this probability looks the strongest to me in Spring 2026, not so much in Spring 2025.

Now for the remaining predictions:

• Possibility of earthquake in northeastern China.
• Overall, a warm and pleasant spring in the country. Certain crops may benefit. Among fruits, sowing/growing of grapes and watermelons may benefit. (China is the world's largest producer of both grapes and watermelons.)
• However, even if overall the weather looks good, a storm at sea or in coastal areas is possible. (You may follow my weekly weather predictions at https://astroweatherwatch.substack.com/ for more finetuned predictions on weather and quakes.)
• The high society may be under a shadow. Death of someone holding power and/or rich and/or of a prominent woman. It could be a member of the National People's Congress (NPC).
• Death of some prominent artist or musician, too, possible.
• There may be some incident of drug overdose in the country during this period.
• There may be a public function connected to the State.
• Foreign affairs, especially trade relations, are troublesome. The country may suffer financially to some extent, but looks likely to still be preserved from great harm.
• The Navy is likely to be quite active during this period. It is possible that China's newest aircraft carrier, Fujian, is commissioned during this period. Overall, the country is entering into a decades-long new era, in which its military forces will be active and assertive, and in which the country's military power and influence in the world will augment drastically.
• A major advance in science or technology, which would prove to have a long-lasting impact, may be made during this period in the country. There could also be the establishment of some major research or learning campus or institution in the country during this period.
• Major transportation accident is possible during this period in the country. It may be an aviation or water accident.
• Some philanthropic or charitable institution may benefit during this period or may be expanded or established.
