General validity period: late Mar 2025 to late Mar 2026

Season published: Northern Hemisphere Spring (late Mar 2025 to late Jun 2025)

PREDICTIONS:

• Chances of a major earthquake and/or significant aviation disaster during this period. April 2025 or late March 2025 look a troubling period as does late April-early May 2026. (See 'Critical Dates' page.)
• This may be a significantly difficult year for the country. The country's government looks weak or powerless in the face of these difficulties.
• The new government that will be elected after the upcoming federal elections looks likely to be a coalition government. (This probably is the norm, anyway, in the country in recent years.) Chances of the currently ruling party (Liberal Party) to lose power are high in the charts, yet the election date will also matter, so no firm prediction on that as of yet.
• Relations between political parties may undergo changes, or some prominent politician may change sides or withdraw from the elections.
• Foreign relations, with both neighbouring countries and those that are farther away, to see challenges. The country is likely to see damaging financial relations with the United States during this period.
• Late September 2025 and February 2026 look to be particularly challenging periods regarding the country's finances and financial relations, or a transportation accident or natural disaster. The dates of 28 Feb-1 Mar 2026 look particularly difficult.
• A crime may occur at a place of education, entertainment, relaxation or sport.
• A series or film from Canada may do very well globally during this period.
• The country's sports teams may produce some surprising results.
