Arvind Kejriwal & Rahul Gandhi: 2023-25 period

In this post, when I say the word "year," it does not mean calendar year: rather, it means from one birthday till the next birthday of the concerned person. The word "native" means the person whose chart is being studied.
The following post discusses predictions for the near future of two of India's biggest political leaders: Shri Arvind Kejriwal, the current Chief Minister of Delhi and the national convener of the Aam Aadmi Party; and Shri Rahul Gandhi, a Nehru family scion and member of the Indian National Congress. I would have liked to also include Shri Narendra Modi, the current Prime Minister of India, but his birth time is a matter of great speculation, making it difficult to say anything astrological with certainty about him. Both Arvind Kejriwal and Rahul Gandhi's charts show enough natal promise to warrant further study.
Interpretations are made objectively, looking only at the charts, and any political bias, for or against, has been sought to be put away. An astrologer is only the messenger between the heavens and Earth, and my role as an astrologer is only to bear and deliver the message just as it was sent by the sender.

The predictions are mainly made on the basis of respective solar return charts, with some help also from solar arcs and transit charts. The natal chart is always the basis. I also do similar year readings for private clients: to know more about it, see here.
Arvind Kejriwal
For period 17 Aug 2023-16 Aug 2024:
I will not go over what has already happened within this year. Suffice it to say that the chart showed it would be a significant year for the native and it had clearly shown imprisonment or some form of isolation and legal troubles for the man. It also shows restriction or confusion in relationship with spouse, and looking back at the events, of course a jail term has restricted the relationship.
What else does the chart show? Quite a lot of emotional anxiety, though at the same time an attempt to appear brave. It also indicates that the events of the year would produce some significant change in the beliefs of the native, probably at a spiritual level. A lot of self-development and focus on self is shown. Energy is there, yet a lot of it is needed because there is a tension between personal needs and needs of the public office. The chart also shows that there may have been some kind of pressure, even if only subconsciously, on the native to adhere to some kind of self-image, especially probably at the beginning of the year.
There is some probability of an accident or injury during this year, though this probability is only moderately high, not very high.
For period 16 Aug 2024-16 Aug 2025:
This year, too, could be a quite difficult year for the native in some respects. However, it should be a strong year career-wise for the native. Good control over public life would be there for the native, and success in public life is seen. The intellectual mind will be very actively involved in achieving this success, and communication will be effective. Initiatives started in this year would bring benefits in the future. Important decisions may be taken during this year, which may prove beneficial in the future. It is a good time to do careful planning on a realistic basis. Impractical plans or projects would yield frustration. There may be a strong temptation to compromise on one's ethics and principles: this dilemma must be faced honestly.
There may be some kind of insecurity regarding personal self-esteem or personal finances or home and family during the year. Financial problems may be there. Responsibility on the domestic front may increase or may be felt more, and relationships may face a testing time. Shared finances with spouse or with a business partner may face some kind of tension or a need to do careful planning. The native may feel strong anger. In general, this does not seem a good year for relationship with spouse: this, sometimes, could happen because of circumstances, for example, when the native is too busy in public life to be able to make a meaningful connection with the spouse.
Lastly, rumours and gossip regarding the native may arise, trying to undermine the native. The native must ensure to keep his anger in check and communicate always honestly and well. The native may learn a lot this year because of such adversity.
Rahul Gandhi
For period 19 Jun 2023-18 Jun 2024:
The year's chart evinces a strong growth in the sensitivity, empathy and intuition of the native. There may have been a lot of travel during this year for the native, and there may also have been some spiritual development. The native may have worked with dedication towards a personal goal in this year, and relationships with friends and advisors may have become very strong during this year, maybe even stronger than with family during this year. While the native's conscious thoughts are with the need of communication and leadership in this wider circle of the people he works with, emotionally he does need some nurturing within this circle and subconsciously looking for someone to be dependent upon. And hence, the native must be wary of thinking himself to be the saviour or be dependent too highly on someone or something.
The year also shows a very high likelihood of a dramatic change forthcoming in the status, power and public image of the native, and this change would be for the better. I would not be surprised if this year makes him India's next ruler. June 4, 2024, could be a red-letter day for the native.
For period 18 Jun 2024-18 Jun 2025:
This may not be an easy year, demanding a lot from the emotional side of the native. It may see power struggles over principles or morals or with the native's mother or sister. However, the native will be able to understand power plays better this year than ever before. But this understanding will not prevent the resulting emotional toll on the native. The native may be more reserved and cautious in communication, maybe preferring only one or two close confidants. The native must take precautions regarding his health and safety this year, as there could be incidents.
The year sees a complete change in lifestyle of the native. The native is very self-aware and self-motivated as well as intellectually active during this year. The native also has confidence in his decisions and intellect. He will also receive more than anticipated help from others in his wider circle. The native may also see a new serious relationship enter his life in this year. However, because of practical considerations, the relationship would face severe restrictions this year. The native is not sure where the relationship is headed.
