A brief analysis of the astrological charts of Reform UK leader Nigel Farage

British politician Nigel Farage has been much in news yesterday and today because of Reform UK's handsome victories in local elections in the UK, besting the two traditional parties, the Labour and the Conservatives, in many parts of the country.

I do not know British politics or politicians exceedingly well, but his hand analysis, published by me in my palmistry space, shows to me a man very intelligent, logical and having a gift of speaking but at the same time a man who seems to have a rather high opinion of himself and who is emotionally inaccessible and even selfish in his motives. Those are anyway my interpretations from a study of his hands, not some gospel truth about the man, if there could be such a thing. In addition, it takes all kinds in politics to move a country forward, so it is not that all this in itself, even if it were to be the hypothetical holy truth, is a good or bad thing.

Now let us see if astrology supports these interpretations, and what else astrology points to.

From several sources online, it seems that he was born at 16:30 hours on April 3, 1964, in Farnborough, Kent, England. This would give the following birth chart:

Birth chart of Nigel Farage

I have not checked the chart against past important events in his life, that is, I have not tried to rectify the birth time. However, the chart does look fine in at least the broad strokes it is painting.

The powerful Pluto position in this chart and overall the Pluto-Saturn opposition across angular houses themselves point to a person who would love to taste power and eradicate the old to start something new. Note the strong 8th house, often found in the charts of successful wheeler-dealers. (Talking of British politicians, former PM Tony Blair was another such wheeler-dealer politician, whose Midheaven lay in the 8th house, and the ruler of that MC/8th house was in exaltation.)

Some of the other astrological picture in that natal chart is very interesting. Often, Pluto is involved. Uranus=Saturn/Pluto, Pluto=Ascendant/Jupiter: the former pointing to a man who would not resist risking anything and everything in his quest for power and undo the status quo, and the latter pointing to a man who has strong leadership qualities and influence on others. His charisma is shown by several other testimonies in his chart, too, such as Moon/Mercury=Lunar Node and Neptune/Lunar Node=Mars.

Thus, the natal chart clearly shows a man who has strong charisma and who does seek power.

Will he get power then?

The years 2029-2030 looks excellent for Farage on the astrological charts as far as professional reasons are concerned. However, charts indicate that the year 2029 may also bring health or injury concerns for Farage. The year 2030 looks the best for Farage, both professionally and bodily, and it is in the year 2030 that he seems to reach the acme of power. However, as far as I understand, the next general elections in Britain have to happen before mid-August 2029. Chances of Farage being the PM himself or reach a position of power are good, but given that such a possibility exists much more strongly in 2030 rather than in 2029, I wonder if some kind of unstable coalition politics is going to be in play. I have not looked at the charts of the United Kingdom and Reform UK right now: it is still some years to go, I would look at them when the time comes, and maybe then the conclusion will be a more refined or nuanced one. Right now, this is only on the basis of Nigel Farage's charts, which not only indicate his lust for power but also hold the promise of the achievement of power.
