United States: Spring & Summer 2026. A grim outlook.

This post is regarding astrological predictions for the United States (USA) during Spring-Summer 2026 seasons (late March 2026 to late September 2026 period). Region in focus: United States of America (USA)

General validity period: late March 2026 to late September 2026 (around 20 Mar 2026 to 22 Sep 2026)

Season of focus: Northern Hemisphere Spring (late Mar 2026 to late Jun 2026)

Date when this prediction is being published: 17 Jan 2026

PREDICTIONS

• A significantly turbulent period for the country's leadership. A major statesman's or politician's death is firmly indicated. I expect the ruler to fall seriously ill or die during this period. (The probability of him having done so before this period starts does exist, but it is much less strong. As I have said earlier, late March 2026 to late April 2026 is the likeliest time, followed by August 2026. One of the likely dates, as said earlier, is 26-27 March 2026.)
• Discussions in the public are high in matters relating to the rulership of the country. Public ceremony related to rulership of the country may occur.
• Spring to have very strong hurricanes and storms. Precipitation would be very high. Some areas could see significant fires.
• This is likely to be a difficult period for the country, with high casualties. It is likely to be a period of strong earthquakes and other disasters, major accidents and probably also fall of buildings/structures or mine accidents. • Mid-August 2026 (or, talking of months beyond this period, late October to early November 2026) could bring a significant tragedy to the country, most probably a very strong earthquake/landslide, huge fire or a major transportation accident that lead to a large number of casualties. These particular time periods may, in addition or instead, also bring significant troubles to the ruler or government, and ruler may fall sick or be target of a strong scandal or severe troubles.
• Expenditure on armed forces and/or security forces (police, immigration agents, emergency responders) continues to be very high.
• Foreign affairs are troublesome, and the country may enter military conflicts. Major realignments start in foreign relations from late April 2026 onwards, though this shift may become more prominent only in the summer and later on in the year. From late April 2026 onwards till 2033, the country is entering a period of major wars, though, as I said, things will build up, and not everything will be immediately apparent.
• Trade relations with several foreign countries to suffer strongly during March 2026 till March 2027. The country may not do well financially in this March 2026 to March 2027 period, and there may be one or more than one major financial scandal or bankruptcy. U.S. dollar could see strong pressure in this March 2026 to March 2027 period.
• Malefic incidents highly expected at places of education or places of tourist or cultural interest or those frequented by children, students or travellers. There could be malefic incidents also at places of sport, leisure, relaxation, entertainment or fun.
• Death of some major artists or prominent wealthy person(s) likely during this period. Some major celeb divorce or separation or scandal pertaining to such affairs may also occur.
• Major transportation accident(s) likely in the country during this period.
• There is highly likely to be major aviation accident(s) involving Boeing plane(s) during this period. The dates 15-30 April 2026, in particular 15-21 April, are especially vulnerable for such a scenario, as has been written by me for over a year now on my Critical Dates page (earlier, I had put the dates of 17-30 April). In general, till March 2027, it is likely to be a very difficult time for Boeing, in terms of safety record, customer orders as well as public image. More incidents on Boeing planes could also occur in Autumn 2026. I have in the past done an exhaustive analysis of decades of accidents on Boeing and Airbus planes. While I have never written in great detail on that topic, a little bit was said on Boeing accident patterns in this post.
• Party politics may see strong acrimony, defections and even splits. Overall, the country has entered a one-and-half-decade-long period of strong churn on the political scene, which may seen splits of political parties, new parties getting formed and gaining traction, etc.
