United States: Autumn & Winter 2025-26

This post is regarding astrological predictions for the United States during Autumn 2025 and Winter 2025-26 seasons (late September 2025 to late March 2026 period). General validity period: late September 2025 to late March 2026 (around 22 Sep 2025 to 20 Mar 2026)

Season of focus: Northern Hemisphere Autumn (late Sep 2025 to late Dec 2025)

PREDICTIONS

Note: This post must be read in conjunction with the already-published Year 2025-26 predictions for the country. In addition, I also recommend you to read the Summer 2025 predictions post for some long-term predictions as well as posts related to President Trump (here and here).

Now for the predictions for the late September 2025 to late March 2026 period:

This may be an unfortunate period for the country, overall, on several counts. It may be a quite incident-prone, accident-prone and natural disaster-prone time for the country. The death rate in the country is high, including the likelihood of the death of several prominent persons in this period. It would also be a very significant period for the country, which would come to be marked prominently in history.

• Someone from the rich, elite class, probably the ruler himself, is highly likely to die within this period. The deputy is likely to take over in what would be a smooth transition of power. While Autumn 2025 is already a highly likely time for such an occurrence, another very critical period for the country is the period of second half of February 2026-early March 2026 (see Critical Dates page).
• Death also possible of some prominent writer, religious person or journalist during this period.
• Danger of incidents, which lead to death, continues in educational institutions/campuses or for students. This could happen in a place by the water.
• The ruling party could find unanticipated support and sympathy at times, helping them in some of the elections scheduled during this period. As for Zohran Mamdani's NYC mayoral election bid, see this post.
• A major transportation accident could take place within this period.
• The country's armed forces may be more active than usual from November 2025 onwards. A new military initiative, probably pertaining to the Navy or the Air Force, may be launched.
• The country could announce for several countries a reprieve or reduction in the trade tariffs it has put in recent times. This, eventually, would be a temporary reprieve.
• The country's financial standing is relatively fine for now, and the period around December 2025 could see a nice upswing in the dollar, but from February 2026 onwards, the country may enter a long period of financial and trade troubles, which may evince mildly at first.
• Immigration, borders and the country's relations with nearby countries would be extremely prominent issues for the country for the next 40-45 years. Issues of identity, such as when manifest through racist actions or extremist positions (whether on the left or right), would increase, resulting in drastically increasing polarisation. The country is highly likely to undergo redrawn borders and splits (secession of states) in this long period, with the late 2020s to early 2030s being one of the critical time periods in this long period.
• Regarding weather, autumn may be wetter and/or cooler than usual, overall.
