India & Bangladesh: Monsoon 2025

Season published: Northern Hemisphere Summer (late Jun 2025 to late Sep 2025)

PREDICTIONS

India

Predictions for India should be read in conjunction with several earlier posts by me, especially the following: Year 2025-26 predictions for the country; the India-Pakistan war chart; and economic outlook for India during 2025-2028 period.

• A major earthquake is possible in India (probably the north/northwest) or in nearby Pakistan during this period. (Or Afghanistan, but Pakistan or India look like more likely candidates on the charts.)
• Crops may do well, overall, though certain areas may see flooding or colder than usual weather. Landslides or similar incidents where ground gives way or buildings fall are highly likely.
• Serious transportation accident is possible in this period, too.
• It is an unfortunate period for the country on several fronts. A martial, aggressive spirit pervades the country. There may be underhand plots hatched against the country abroad, probably in a nearby or neighbouring country.
• People may be discontented with the ruler or the government. There is much excitement and anger among the people. The balance of power leans much heavily on the side of people, not the ruler. A strong spirit of discontent and lawlessness may, in fact, haunt the country for several years from now on, not just for this three-month period.
• There may be incidents of fire, explosion or similar incidents (strikes by weapons that induce fire, accidents ending in an explosion, etc.) in the country.
• High expenditure for the country, especially on defence-related matters and military needs, till at least the end of the first half of 2026.
• The country has entered a period of more than a decade wherein the politics of religion as well as the status of religion in the country would undergo radical changes. (In this long period, there may also be damage or violence to some religious shrines.) This long period may also see major changes to laws or to the Constitution of the country. This long period may also not be good for foreign trade of the country. Relations with neighbouring or nearby countries also to see radical change during this long period. (These effects will be prominent during 2030 to 2032 period, with 2031, in particular, anticipated to be an extraordinarily disastrous year for the country and its people: however, the plant that will bear these fruits has started growing, and the wise will be able to discern it already, hence publishing this now itself.)
• The ruler or the government may face unanticipated troubles or misfortune. A public ceremony related to the ruler or government may take place.
• A public funeral may take place in the period from mid-September to the first week of October 2025 period, or the first week of February 2026 period. These periods could also be a period of increased mortality, or of serious transportation accident.
• The politics of the country for the next several years looks fractious and disharmonious. Unstable coalition governments seem to be the near future. Parliament may not be able to run smoothly.
• Relations abroad also may suffer badly during next several years. The country's standing in the international community may suffer. This is particularly valid till the end of 2028.
• There may be disappearance, sickness or death of a prominent artist (probably a musician) in this period, or some kind of a big scandal may attach to such a person.
• Late August or the first half of September 2025 may bring a difficult period for Reliance Industries or some contractor working for the firm. (Reliance is India's largest private sector firm.)

Bangladesh

I have not covered the country much in the past. However, the post published for the astrology regarding the time when Shri Muhammad Yunus took oath as Bangladesh's new interim ruler continues to be highly relevant, and I recommend reading it in conjunction with the following predictions.

• Very heavy rain and heavy floodings likely during this period. Incidents born from erosion/slide of earth may occur. Accidents in mines, farms and quarries could occur.
• The country may receive quite significant foreign aid, debt or investments in this period.
• There is uncertainty and an angst in the political climate, especially when it concerns with the country's relations with countries in its region. People are discontented. One must remember here that the country is in a several years long period now in which its relations with countries in its region are in the process of a radical change. During this period of several years long, border issues may also crop up and lead to conflicts. The country's relationships with far-away foreign countries would also undergo major changes in the coming years.
• The country is about to enter an unstable period lasting a few years in which the balance of power is disturbed between rulers and people.
• The ruler could have health concerns.
• Death of someone prominent who hails from a hallowed/storied or rich family likely. High society could be under a shadow.
• Death of some writer or journalist also possible.
• Severe incident(s) affecting a place of education, leisure or entertainment, or those connected with such places (e.g., students or tourists), or affecting children in general. This incident may cause deaths.
• There may be a connection with a nearby/neighbouring country on the above two points.
