How the unfortunate swearing-in time of Indian Prime Minister Modi points to the Kashmir terror attack and the beginning of India's military conflict with Pakistan

Note: For those subscribers and readers who are interested in learning astrology, this will be an excellent post to have a glimpse at how mundane astrology is done, even if you may have no interest in India-Pakistan affairs. In public interest, the post is kept free to read and available to non-subscribers as well.
Back on June 9, 2024, when Shri Narendra Modi was sworn in as India's Prime Minister for the third time, at 7:23 pm local time, I had said this was an extremely ill-advised time of swearing in, and it would bring troubles. In that brief post, I had focused more on the probability that the chart did not promise complete reign for the ruler and less on what a reign beginning at that time would bring for the country: a lot of devastation. In that chart, I had also made the mistake of counting time by the Moon, even though the malefic Saturn was the predominant element of the chart, not only overcoming the ruler of the Ascendant (Jupiter) but also in an extremely tightly square with the ruler of the Midheaven (Venus), the saving grace being that Venus is separating from this square in the chart. Yet, Saturn is in a tight square to the Ascendant itself. Here is the swearing-in chart reproduced once again:

What one sees in the above chart is the lord of the Ascendant, Jupiter, applying to the lord of the sign of its fall, Saturn. If the swearing-in ceremony had taken place 3 hours earlier, the Sun would have blocked the application, but not so anymore. This is an unfortunate testimony for India. I quote Benjamin Dykes in his translation of al-Khayyat: "it will devastate the whole region over which he presides."
As noted above, the Ascendant is in a tight square with Saturn, but on top of that it is also in the bounds of Saturn. This, according to Sahl (again courtesy Dykes' translation), would signify blame accruing to the ruler, or a ruler who has been unable to exert his power. Is blame or discredit going to accrue to the ruler in the future? Note also that the rulers of the Ascendant and the Midheaven are not applying: "deprived of the royal dignity" in Sahl's words.
Also notice the ruler of the Midheaven: Venus is not only deeply combust and peregrine (and extremely powerful with that angularity) but also being regarded by the malefic Saturn, which, in Sahl's words, "disturbs and destroys the rule."
However, one must note that Jupiter occupies the 7th, and provides some saving grace to the ruler. However, it being in detriment means that it does not have that much grace to provide, though, being angular, it will be effective in providing the little it has. One must remember that what such a Jupiter could also do is to unravel overambitious schemes: people often misconstrue Jupiter as always positive. However, that Jupiter is to some extent the saviour of the ruler's reputation. However, a Jupiter of such bad essential dignity, for how long and how much can it save?
The worst is that Saturn occupies the 4th house, the house that signifies the end of the matter (besides other things) in any astrological chart.
Now you would wonder why I am going over Modi's swearing-in chart once again! Let us start with the astonishing correlation of this chart with the Pahalgam (Kashmir) terror attack. Before proceeding, do note two things from Modi's swearing-in chart above: (1) it is a nocturnal chart (i.e., the swearing-in happened after the Sun had set in Delhi); and (2) Saturn and Uranus co-rule the 3rd house in that chart (relations with neighbouring rulers, among other things), and Mars and Pluto co-rule the 12th house (the house of revenge and enemies).
Now let us revisit the Pahalgam attack. I have already analysed the attack before here, but I did not do so at that time in correlation with Modi's swearing-in chart. Here it is:

Two astonishing things stand out from this chart, among several other astonishing ones:
(1) Look at the malefic Mars! When Modi was sworn in, Pluto was at 1 degree 47 arcminutes in the sign of Aquarius. At 2:30 pm on April 22, 2025, around which time the terrorist attack happened in Pahalgam, Mars (aggression) was exactly opposite that swearing-in chart's Pluto (ruling enemies and revenge in this chart), at 1 degree 45 arcminutes in Leo. (These are shown in green circles above.) In fact, the Pahalgam Mars is also squaring the swearing-in chart's Mars, and transit Sun, at 2 degree 29 arcminutes in the sign of Taurus, is illuminating this whole setup. (These are shown in blue circles above.)
(2) The quite malefic Saturn-Rahu-Venus conjunction is tightly applying to Moon, with the Moon (ordinary people) in the 8th house (death). (These are shown in red circles above.)
The above led me to wonder did anything bad happen in neighbourly relations when the Ascendant of Modi's swearing-in chart was squared or opposed by a malefic. So I went to the date when this happened; here is its chart:

I found that on August 21, 2024, Mars went exactly opposite the Ascendant of Modi's swearing-in chart. Given the square with Saturn of the Ascendant in the swearing-in chart, and given that Saturn rules the 3rd house, I would assume some big transportation accident or some issue with a neighbouring country must have happened on that day or a day before or after it. Hence, I googled what happened relating to India on or around August 21, 2024 ... and I found this (Wikipedia) and this (article in The Diplomat), leaving me stunned.
Exactly on August 21, Bangladesh, a neighbouring country of India, experienced one of the worst flood events in its history, which killed many people besides damaging property. Besides heavy rainfall, the opening of the dam of the Dumbur Hydroelectric Project in the Indian state of Tripura is also attributed to the flood. Indian media first reported this, but the Indian government later denied it. In any case, whether the flow from the dam was avoidable or unavoidable, what it did was that it increased pre-existing tensions between the two countries, with many Bangladeshis accusing India of "water terrorism." Thus, astrology had pointed out an issue with a neighbouring nation must have taken place on August 21, 2024, and on checking, it indeed had! How neat this all is!
Let me end with going back to the Pahalgam attack and Modi's swearing-in chart. When I first analysed the swearing-in chart on June 9, I made the mistake of counting time by Moon, which is often done in charts to see the course of action. Thus, I predicted how the government may find itself with changed circumstances in 3 months and in danger of fall in less than 5 months. I was wrong, I was relying on a false indicator. It is Saturn that dominates that chart. So let us look at Modi's swearing-in chart yet again (so you don't have to scroll all the way up, here it is again):

Saturn is at 19 degrees 5 arcminutes in the sign of Pisces. Thus, in 10 degrees 55 arcminutes, it will change signs and go to the sign of Aries (where it is in fall). 55/60 gives 0.9167, thus in 10.9167 units of time, Saturn will change signs. That is, in 10.9167 units of time, circumstances may materially change for the ruler, and given that Saturn rules the 2nd and 3rd houses in this chart, it may have to do with the economy or internal resources or neighbouring countries, where a big change would happen. Given that Saturn will be entering its fall, it would be a change for the worse. Now, Pisces is not a cardinal sign nor a fixed sign, so we leave off hours (the quick option) and seasons and years (the very slow options). This leaves us days, weeks or months. However, when Modi was sworn in, Saturn itself was moving slowly, about 2 arcminutes a day. (As an aside, this increases the malevolence of this Saturn further.) Thus, we take the slower option among the three options: months. So, in around 10.9167 months from June 9, 2024, 19:23 hours, something may happen that would change circumstances for the worse in economy and/or neighbouring relations' domain.
10 months from June 9, 2024, will bring us to April 9, 2025. 19:23 hours. What is left is 0.9167 month, and a month of 30 days has 720 hours, so 0.9167 x 720 = 660 hours, that is, 660/24=27.5 days, that is, 27 days and 12 hours. So we have to add 27 days and 12 hours to April 9, 2025, 19:23 hours. 27 days would take us to May 6, 2025, 19:23 hours. Now we need to add those 12 hours, which takes us to May 7, 2025, 7:23 am India time.
Thus, from Modi's swearing-in chart, we have calculated that on May 7, 2025, somewhere around 7:23 am India time, things should make a significant change for the worse in India, and which would be about the economy and/or neighbouring relations.
India started its strikes on neighbouring country Pakistan, as part of Operation Sindoor, on May 7, 2025, 1:05 am India time!
Amazed?
(This should also tell you why selecting the right time for starting anything important is so important! If you believe in astrology, always consult an astrologer to select the right time for starting something important.)
Finally, I did not write this article to offer any predictions as such, but as you would see, if we keep following Saturn in Modi's swearing-in chart, then it would be right opposite the Midheaven in 4.2167 units of time (months) counting from May 7, 2025, which means that there is every possibility of something topsy-turvy in Indian politics, probably affecting the ruler or his reputation, or the country's reputation itself. (Another possibility could be a big transportation accident, fall of buildings or earthquake in India.) The calculation comes to be somewhere around September 13, 2025 (maybe the second half of the day). Thus, we should watch out for September 13, 2025, or thereabouts as far as India is concerned. Now September 13, 2025, was already a critical date on my Critical Dates page for the world in general for negative events, but let me add it for India in particular!
