Understanding Bangladesh's Year 2024 in 2 charts

Understanding Bangladesh's Year 2024 in 2 charts

I have not been covering any of the South Asian nations except for India in my predictions, so I had never written about Bangladesh before this. In fact, I had not even created a chart for Bangladesh prior to this day.

But now I have, and it is easy to see what has transpired. It is also easy to see that it will continue to be a tough time for Bangladesh for quite some time to come. Many of the Bangladeshi students are in the optimist, celebratory mood that they would be able to set up a new secular country now, but the charts show that Bangladesh is in for a rough ride.

Do note what I had said earlier on 13 Mar 2024 for the world in general (link: https://palmistankur.com/global-overview-of-2024/):

A challenging couple of years begin for many incumbent rulers, especially for those who are monarchs (even if benign) or dictators or who have authoritarian tendencies. Populist or highly popular leaders are also in the crosshairs. Many of these may either lose power or fall sick or even die.

The following is the Aries ingress chart for Bangladesh, valid for the period from 20 March 2024 to 20 March 2025 (with the reminder that astrology is not a sudden ON-OFF switch that things would suddenly change on the 21st of March):

The most interesting thing to look here is the 'natal' Pluto in 10th house getting activated by Neptune in a very tight opposition, indicating change in power because of some kind of confusion, deception or illusion (e.g., Hasina's belabouring under illusion about her might). Saturn's presence in the 4th house is already showing discontented people, and the April 2024 solar eclipse would happen in the 5th house, showing a shadow on high society. The Jupiter-Uranus conjunction would happen in the 6th/Taurus, indicating a heavy presence of police or military, and it would conjunct the 'natal' Saturn, indicating hard times (or health concerns to cattle). Mars is about to enter the 4th, indicating arson and such attacks.

Now let us look at the Cancer ingress chart for the period from around 21 Jun 2024 to around 22 Sep 2024:

The Pluto-Neptune opposition won't go away, of course, but look at that Saturn, still in the 4th of course, exactly conjuncting the 'natal' Moon. People are strongly discontented and suffer from unemployment, while the government is in trouble. The 8th house is a stellium and the Sun's focus, too, is there, indicating the potential of several deaths and the nation's attention on it. The deaths indicated are those of young people, media professionals and some rich woman or person. This stellium opposes the 'natal' Mars in 2nd, indicating trouble to the finances of the country too. Moon is passing through 12th, indicating masses suffering from want and also a possible secret plot against the country or the government in power. Mars and Uranus in the 6th are adding fuel to the earlier-mentioned discontent of people. Pluto is passing through the 3rd, indicating sea change in relations with some neighbour.

Given Neptune's positioning in Bangladesh's charts, I foresee a difficult period ahead for Bangladesh, which may last years. Now that I have made the chart for Bangladesh, I will anyway issue my next seasonal prediction for Bangladesh, too.
