The Stargate Project of OpenAI, Oracle & Softbank: Difficult times ahead?

On January 21, 2025, at 5:22 pm EST, in Washington D.C., the newly inaugurated U.S. President, Donald Trump, announced a very ambitious project, named The Stargate Project: a partnership between OpenAI, Oracle and SoftBank Group. The three CEOs, Sam Altman, Larry Ellison and Masayoshi Son, stood next to Trump. The companies have announced their plan to invest a whopping US$500 billion within a time span of only four years to build new AI infrastructure for OpenAI in the United States, including plans to deploy US$100 billion immediately.
Since then, this extremely ambitious project has been cast in doubt by Elon Musk, a rival of Altman but one whose influence on U.S. politics currently is immense and will increase further, as I have argued earlier. Musk claims the firms simply don't have enough money of that kind, even though some experts have noted that it is not necessary to fund the majority of the project with equity, as debt may not be difficult to access with such stellar investors and Trump's personal backing for the project. Altman has rebutted Musk in turn, and stock prices of several firms have jumped as a result of this rosy prospect.
But what does the astrology indicate? Usually, when an announcement is made, the future can often be well indicated when one casts a chart for the time and date of the announcement. Now here I would rather go by the companies' press releases as primary factors and the Trump announcement as a secondary factor to take into consideration. I have not found any press release by Oracle on the subject, but there were press releases made by OpenAI and SoftBank Group. Both do not carry any time of release, but they seem to be issued, at least the OpenAI one, at 5 pm EST, that is, before Trump's announcement. OpenAI's headquarters is in San Francisco, California, so that means 5 pm ET is 2 pm PST for chart creation purpose (even if CEO Sam Altman was in DC at that time).
Thus, we have two charts to make:
(1) for OpenAI, January 21, 2025, at 2 pm PST, with location San Francisco; and
(2) for Trump announcement of the project, January 21, 2025, at 5:22 pm EST, with location Washington DC
Given the big longitudinal difference between DC and California, the two charts' houses will differ significantly, though planetary aspects will almost remain the same, the 22-minute gap not making much of a difference. Let us look at the first chart:

When any kind of business contract or partnership is announced, the first thing an astrologer looks to is Mercury, the natural signifier of business affairs, contracts and partnerships. Mercury here is peregrine and in the very unfortunate 8th house (crises, losses) and opposed by a quite bad Mars. Mercury in this chart is also the ruler of the 1st house. The 7th house is the natural house of legal partnerships (as well as known competitors), and its ruler, Jupiter, in this chart finds itself in another unfortunate house, the 12th (secret enemies, or unexplainable obstacles) as well in detriment. Jupiter also is a natural signifier of success through opportunities seized at the right time, and here it is in a quite bad shape. The 2nd house, ruling finances, is occupied by a retrograde Mars in its fall, and its ruler, Moon, is also in its fall and is squared by a Sun-Pluto conjunction sitting in the 8th (and to note that the Sun is in its detriment). And most notably, the 10th house, the house of the business activity and public image, is occupied by a Saturn-Venus conjunction that also tightly squares the Ascendant as well as Neptune. Note that Venus is a natural signifier of money, and even if it has good essential dignity here, it is in an ever-tightening conjunction with Saturn, essentially reflecting the likelihood that even if money is there at the start, it is not making more good money.
The upshot of the above chart is that this seems to be a loss-making venture or a venture where one or more partners will find themselves in serious financial difficulties, at least as far as commitment to this project goes. Some obstacles to the project may come through not easily explainable or unforeseen/unanticipated hindrances and/or secret enemies. This project certainly does not look a successful project.
Let us see if the Trump announcement chart offers some better prognosis:

Things have improved ever so slightly, but not so much as to take this project out of the arena of difficulties and potential losses. The peregrine Mercury is now in the cadent 6th house (thus, no essential dignity and quite weak accidental dignity, and of course continues to be opposed by a bad Mars), and the ruler of 7th house (partnerships, competitors) is now in 8th (crises) whereas the ruler of 10th (business affairs and public image) is now in 12th (secret enemies, unexplainable hindrances). The Sun-Pluto conjunction looks powerful in terms of impact, being close to the cusp of the Descendant, but it is a Sun that is in its detriment (and which is ruling the 2nd house, finances, as well as the 1st house itself, the identity): the spotlight is very much on partnership, and it looks an unwelcome spotlight.
To summarise this chart's conclusion, it is similar to the previous chart's conclusion, in except that emphasis here is more on issues with partnership and/or ego of top management and/or employees, whereas in the former, money was a big concern. In both cases, crises and unexplainable hindrances (or underhand work to undermine the project) are seen.
Finally, regardless of the chart you take, Moon's only contact to a benefic is to Venus, but it is neither the first or the last contact, both of which would be to malefics.
I think Musk is right: the project looks in trouble, astrologically. This also is a reminder how the time when something important starts is a very crucial indicator in astrology of the likely future.
Astrologers also do reverse-engineering: you may have heard of people consulting astrologers to fix a time and date for them to marry each other. This is reverse engineering. They hope that by choosing as suitable a time and date as possible, they at least iron out some of the star-related kinks from their future lives. Such time and date are chosen not only for marriages, but also for anything else important to the person: buying a home, signing an important contract, starting a business, time to depart on a trip, etc. This is called electional astrology (you "elect" a suitable moment to do something important), and like many astrologers, I also offer these services (please see here).
