Since May 25, 2018, compliance has been required to EU laws which concern anyone who processes personal data on a computer. They are designed to safeguard personal privacy.

By following up on a request for an astrological reading, you confirm that you have understood the information below and consent to the use of your data as described.

General:

Your data will never be sold, shared or passed on to anyone else for any reason.
No other person has access to your data, in whatever form it is held.
Erasure of all or specific items of your data can be done on request.
No data held by me is acquired from any other source than personal communication or "subscriber opt-in"
Only necessary data is held, to enable fulfillment of requests for astrological work or online orders

More detail:

Data necessary for the agreed consultation will initially consist of name, birth data (date, time, place), and email address. Additionally, some of the following may be requested: postal address, phone number(s), other means to contact you online (such as Skype username), biographical information, other information suitable to the context of the consultation (e.g., information pertaining to your business if it is a consultation about your business).
All data are kept entirely confidential, held securely, and never sold or passed on to anyone else, for any reason.
Access to your data, in whatever form, is limited to me only (apart from the unlikely event of compulsory disclosure to legitimate and warranted law enforcement officers).
Your data will never be used publicly by me for any purpose whatsoever without your permission.
Birth data only (name, date, time, place) is archived indefinitely inside my astrology software on my PC or on my personal password-protected online astrology software account (to which only I have access) for the following purposes: (a) private astrological research; and (b) to enable me to respond quickly to urgent requests for astrological work at short notice.
All emails are stored indefinitely on my Gmail account, which is also password protected, and to which only I have access. This enables me to follow the trail of previous conversations relevant to any current and future requests for further work.
All digital files related to your astrological charts and my interpretations are archived indefinitely in my computer (password-protected) and on a personal cloud storage account (password-protected). This is for your convenience and mine, to review a consultation if necessary as well as to serve as a backup. You may request deletion any time.
On rare occasions, you might receive an email from me not directly related to your reading. This could be seasonal news of astrological interest, or about the launch of a new service or newsletter from my end, or similar. Usually, however, such information is sent only to subscribers who have opted in to my newsletters/mailing list.

Subscribing to newsletters/posts published on this website is possible by clicking a button on this website.
Removal of your name may be done any time by unsubscribing or sending an email request to me.
If you wish to re-subscribe after unsubscribing, you will need to register again from my website.

Website purchases:

Your payment details (name, postal address and email address, phone number) are used only for the purpose of fulfilling your order and are not automatically added to my mailing list, or any other list. However, if you have been in touch with me through email, you may hear from me on rare occasions when I am launching a new product or service.
Your data will never be sold, shared or passed on to anyone else for any reason.
Information is archived only for tax and accounting requirements.
No credit card or financial information is stored on my computer or any personal cloud account.
