• A more than usual warm and humid autumn period likely. More rains than usual, while snow may be delayed.
• A strong earthquake is possible during this period.
• A difficult time for the country's ruler or government. There may be strong friction of the ruler with other leaders or party members. Death in the ruling class is possible.

Public is excited or agitated about these issues or some controversy pertaining to state officials. Late September or early October 2024 look especially critical.

• There could be a prominent scandal regarding some engagement or marriage, or some woman.
• Disputes affecting religious, scientific or medical people or places may happen. Attack upon some priest, doctor or lawyer is likely.
• Loss of revenue or taxation is indicated. Unemployment may increase.
• Long-distance transport shows the danger of an accident.

• Danger to the leader continues.
