PREDICTIONS
Note: It is strongly advised to also read the long-term predictions for the country, which can be accessed on a dedicated page for long-term predictions, here.
- Very strong precipitation and flooding trouble the eastern part of the country. Tasmania may see strong storms. Much of Northern Territory, though, in particular Alice Springs area, may be much warmer than usual and may even see incidents of fires. However, that said, Darwin area could see storms and strong fluctuations in humidity. Western Australia, too, may see warmer than usual weather.
- Brisbane-Port Macquarie area may see major malefic incidents (such as an earthquake, a major accident or strong adverse weather incident).
- South Australia may see troubles for the government or its ruler. Weather may show strong changeableness and be overall wet.
- Western Australia may see major mining accident, landslide or earthquake.
- Political excitement is seen somewhat strong in the country, with major rallies, demonstrations, protests or strikes by people likely over some cause. The government looks to be on the backfoot. The government may need to use security forces (police, armed forces, etc.) somewhere to buttress its authority.
- The country may suffer from a major criminal incident or terrorist attack, or assassination of an important political figure.
- A prison, place of education, worship or retreat, hospital or old age home may be much in the news, probably for attacks on it. There may be many casualties in such incident, or there may be more than one such incident.
- Incidents leading to casualties or kidnappings of children, the young or teachers, scholars, or some writer, journalist or diplomat expected.
- A notable marriage or engagement may take place in the country, and a major foreign dignitary may also visit the country during this period.
- Activity of security forces (armed forces, police, firefighters, emergency rescue teams, etc.) is high in the country during this period, and increase in expenditure among them. Major agreements with foreign countries, both political-defence agreements as well as commercial ones, may be made by the country in the rest of 2026 and in 2027. Foreign relations, overall, are handled well in the rest of 2026 and in 2027.
- Strong underhand activity against the country during this period. There may be covert alliances or secret agreements against the country made in this period.
- Transport accidents are likely: especially guard against the period of 13-16 July.
For possible critical dates specific to the country, see the Critical Dates page.
